The first orchestral excerpt played by the student is well-controlled, just it’s not advisable to put too much stress in some notes.
After a brief comment on a performance of this composition by the London Symphony Orchestra, Bennet notes that in a passage of “The Charlatan's Booth”, she needs more energy on the up, and he makes some indications about vibrato so she could improve this.
