Summer Camp Young Artists 2026


Would you like to live an unforgettable experience?

We’re excited to announce that preparations are underway for the next edition of the Summer Camp Young Artists! This coming November, registration will open for Summer 2026 — an unforgettable experience in Madrid, where instrumentalists ages 8 to 18 will have the chance to learn, grow, and share their passion for music at our School.

Participants

AGES: 8 to 18 years old

INSTRUMENTS: piano, violin, viola, cello, flute, or voice.

DATES: The weekly program lasts for 7 days (from Sunday afternoon to the following Sunday morning).

Participants may register for 1, 2, or 3 weeks.    
Participants can choose between the Day Camp program (9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) or the Full Camp program (with accommodation).

In the 2025 edition, Summer Camp Young Artists welcomed 219 participants from 36 countries, including Spain, Costa Rica, the United Kingdom, the United States, Portugal, Qatar, Mexico, Australia, and many others.

Programme

Summer Camp Young Artists is a bilingual programme based on the pedagogical principles of the Reina Sofía School of Music:

  • High-level teaching with individual lessons and a focus on chamber music.
  • Strong artistic development through workshops like "Building an Artist," "Listening to Music," and Wellbeing.
  • A memorable experience of performing on the Sony Auditorium stage.
  • An opportunity to connect with young musicians from all over the world.

I think the the focus that it has on like individual learning and like your power of your own instrumentalism and the way it lets you grow as an instrumentalist is like, I haven't seen that anywhere else. So you like realise how you can get better on your own.

It is my third year returning to the Summer Camp purely because the teachers are so amazing. They don't only push you and make you so much better, but they also support you and they they allow you work on the things that you finally need to work on.
