Music and Leadership Workshops

In the Music and Leadership Workshops, music is used as a common thread to playfully work on the development of professional and personal abilities for managers and employees in various aspects related to the world of work: purpose, leadership, collaboration, non-verbal communication, adaptability, etc.

The Workshops, created by the Fundación Albéniz, are led by a related expert in the field of training, who intersperses their explanations with interactions with the musicians; these play live and illustrate the aspects dealt with in each session. Using this format, the Workshops are appealing for the participants and encourage their involvement and interest.
