The teacher congratulates the student after he sings and asks him to worry less about his voice, focusing instead on the emotion of being in love in order to better convey the character of this aria. She also gives him additional advice: his posture and gestures should align with the feeling he wants to express. Regarding breathing and breath support, she suggests imagining the air flowing backward from the lower part of his body, keeping his neck and back open and relaxed so that the air circulates freely around him.
They continue working in this direction to allow his voice to come out more freely and without pressure, in a more natural way, without forcing the sound. They also experiment with singing in this way while lying on the floor.
