The Inauguration Concert of the academic year 24-25 presents on the stage of the Symphonic Hall of the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid the Freixenet Symphony Orchestra, formed by the students of the Reina Sofía School, conducted by maestro Nicolás Pasquet, professor of the ‘Zubin Mehta’ Conducting Chair (with the support of Aline Foriel-Destezet) and with violinist Donghyun Kim as soloist.

The programme consists of Beethoven's Egmont Overture, Berg's Concerto for Violin and Orchestra and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 4.

Admission is free. Invitations can be downloaded from Monday 16 September.
