La Generación Ascendente
The Rising Generation concert series is one of the greatest exponents of the School's objectives, since it combines the maturing of talented young musicians with the dissemination of Classical music in society on a stage of great prestige.
In the concerts of the series, organized in collaboration with the INAEM, the best performers of the School have the opportunity to get on the prestigious stage of the Auditorio Nacional to offer the public new versions of the great works of the repertoire, in recitals, groups of a chamber or orchestral formations.
In this concert, the pianists Eva Gevorgyan and Uladzislau Khandohi, students of the Fundación Banco Santander Piano Chair with Professor Stanislav Ioudenitch, will offer a recital with works by Schumann, Ravel, Prokofiev and Gubaidulina. Eva Gevorgyan has been awarded, among others, the International Classical Music Award, the Russian National Orchestra and the International Chopin Piano Competition. Uladzislau Khandohi has won the San Remo and La Palma d'Oro international competitions and second prize at the Maria Canals International Music Competition in Barcelona.
