Stamen Nikolov
Stamen Nikolov has a prolific career at an international level. He has won numerous competitions, including First Prize in the "International Youth Competiton" Hopes, Talents, Masters "2003 in Dobrich-Albena and First Prize at the "International Cello Competiton Svetoslav Obretenov" 2004, Stamen regularly participates in the most prestigious festivals in Europe, such as the Interlaken Classics Festival in Switzerland, "Orpheus" Festival and Academy in Vienna, "Ost- West Musikfest" in St.Polen (Austria), “EUART" International Chamber Music Festival in Prague (Czech Republic).
Stamen finishes his studies at the prestigious Reina Sofía Higher School of Music in Madrid with Professor Gunter Pichler, after obtaining a higher degree in music at the "Pancho Vladigerov" National Music Academy in Sofia (Bulgaria). He also participates in master classes with Robert Cohen, Anton Nicolescu, Ksenya Yankovich, David Quigal, Maria Kligel, Hristo Tanev, Rineke Smilde and Anatoly Krastev among others.
