Pablo Millanes Dulín serves as the Director of External Relations and Marketing of the Reina Sofía School of Music. Throughout his career, which he has developed in Spain and internationally, he has worked at the intersection of educational innovation, partnership management and nonprofit leadership.
He began his professional career in the corporate marketing world, leaving the private sector to become a secondary school teacher, as part of the first cohort of Empieza Por Educar, the Spanish partner of Teach For All. Since then, his career has continued outside the classroom, always connected to the social and educational fields. Pablo has served as Community Investment Manager at Barclays EMEA, Director of Partnerships and Social Innovation at Fundación Hazloposible, Director of Development and COO at Empieza Por Educar, and Global Head of Partnerships at Teach For All.
Throughout this journey, he has collaborated with hundreds of business and educational leaders in designing projects that have impacted millions of teachers and students in over 60 countries. His passion for social and cultural transformation also led him to become a founding member of the Academy For Impact Through Music (AIM), marking his entry into the music world, where he currently serves as a strategic advisor and faculty member.
Pablo holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Madrid’s Autonomous University, with stages at Cambridge University and Tufts University. He also holds a Master’s in Secondary Education from Complutense University and a Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility from UAH. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the Social Leadership Program at IESE and a One Young World Ambassador.
