IV. Bourrée anglaise
Hansjörg Schellenberger, professor
Nuria Cabezas, student
To begin with, Hänsjorg Schellenberger talks about the rhythm and the typical tempo of the Bourrée anglaise: the accent is always in the first beat.
Afterwards, the professor gives other instructions about accents, articulation, mouth position, etc. He asks the student to play it staccato/legato taking care of the tongue position to obtain the required sound.
Summarizing, Schellenberger highlights specially the importance of getting and maintaining a good technique in line with the musicality.
