Pippa Sieppala

Born in Helsinki, Finland, in 2001, Pippa has been taught by Janne Malmivaara, Elina Vähälä, and Ilya Grubert since the age of 9 as part of the Finnish Violin Academy. Pippa made her concerto debut in 2013 with the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra. Since then, she has performed with the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Basel Sinfonieorchester, and Jyväskylä Sinfonia, among others. Pippa was awarded 3rd prize in the Jyväskylä Violin Competition 2019 and received the Swiss Rahn Kulturfond Scholarship in 2021 and 2022. She has participated in IMS Prussia Cove, Villars Institute Summer Academy, Boswil Musicians Seminar, and activities at the International Menuhin Music Academy, among others.
