Milan Thüer

Born in Mönchengladbach, Germany, in 2003, Milan Thüer started his early musical education with the piano, the recorder and eventually the double bass. He took his first lessons at music school RheinKreis-Neuss with Arne Diekow and was accepted into the Robert-Schumann-Musikhochschule Düsseldorf's early studies programm by the winter term of 2018 where he studied with Vlado Zatko. Since winter term of 2021 he is studying at Hochschule für Musik Hanns-Eisler-Berlin with Esko Laine and is part of the Orchestra Academy of the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester-Berlin since November 2022. He has won numerous prizes in competitions such as "Jugend Musiziert".
