Gabriel Francis-Dehqani

Born in London, Great Britain, in 2000, Gabriel studied with Guy Johnston and was awarded the Andrew Lloyd Webber Scholarship to Eton College, under Sue Lowe. He won first prize at the Muriel Taylor, International Contemporary Music Interpretation, and Irish Heritage UK competitions at Wigmore Hall. A finalist in the Tillett Debut Scheme, Gabriel earned prizes from Help Musicians UK, The Countess of Munster Musical Trust, and The Stephen Bell Scheme to study at Guildhall School of Music & Drama with Louise Hopkins. He's been broadcasted on BBC Radio 3 and 4 and attended festivals like Schiermonnikoog and IMS Prussia Cove. Performances include venues such as Wigmore Hall, St Martin-in-the-Field’s, Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and The Barbican Hall.
