Carla Isabel Gómez

Born in Madrid, Spain, in 2002. Since 2023, she studies at the Reina Sofía School of Music’s “Alfredo Kraus” Fundación Ramón Areces Voice Chair with professor Juliane Banse. She has been granted scholarships by Ayuntamiento de Madrid and Fundación Albéniz.

She started studying piano at the Maestro Gombau School of Music. After further training, she studied singing at the Professional Conservatory in Getafe, winning its chamber competition and performing as guest singer with its orchestra. Additionally, she was invited as guest soloist to sing Fauré’s “Messe Basse” with the Child Choir of Getafe.

She has participated in an interpreting workshop given by Diego Carvajal; in masterclasses by Bo Skovhus and Nikolái Schukoff; and in the Prodigios classical music competition at the Miguel Delibes Auditorium in Valladolid. She has been part of the Coro Encanto in a concert with Raphael in the National Auditorium and the JORCAM’s Youth Chorus. She has also performed in competitions such has the International Youth Habaneras Competition in Torrevieja.

As a student of the School, she is part of the Fundación Orange Voces Tempo Ensemble.
