Barna Sallai

Born in Dombóvár, Hungary, in 2002, he started playing the trumpet at the age of seven at the local music school with András Kiszler. After primary school, he studied at the Weiner Leó Conservatory in Budapest with András Kis. During a masterclass in Balaton, he met professor Gábor Tarkövi, and decided to study in his class at the University of the Arts in Berlin, where he was accepted. Over the years, he has participated in several national and international competitions with good results, and has attended numerous competitions, festivals, and masterclasses. He loves playing chamber music, performing in orchestras, and meeting new people in the process.
