One of the main assets of the Reina Sofía School is its top level faculty in each area. The School also has an exceptional legacy of great musicians trained in its classrooms.

In the Masters series, the public is offered the possibility of enjoying live performances by the professors who daily share their talent and experience with our young musicians, as well as by the great artists who are former students of the School and are already internationally acclaimed figures.

Cellist Jens Peter Maintz (professor of the Aline Foriel-Destezet cello Chair) and pianist Eldar Nebolsin (winner of the Santander's International Piano Competition and former student of the School) will perform the complete set of sonatas that Ludwig van Beethoven composed for cello and piano between 1796 and 1815.

Friends of the School can book their tickets in advance. Find more information on the Friends Programme here.

Approximate concert duration: 145 minutes (including two 10-minute breaks).
